I guess I’m not concentrating on the Tamiflu part as much as I am the woman taking advise from Facebook SAHM groups.

Mother is a POS and should be in jail for murder. Women want the right to their body, and also the right to kill a child that has come from their body.. I hope she burns in hell

Usually when your 10month old has a seizure and a fever of 105 you take them to the hospital moron.

But my bet is that this is fake

That really just hurt my heart reading that..

I'm not even opposed to some natural healing techniques. My grandma was big on that type of stuff. Alot of her crazy concoctions used to work, too. The difference is she grew up in a time/context where they had no money. They could not afford to go to the doctor/hospital. They figured shite out on their own.

Thankfully my life is not anything close to the life my grandparents lived growing up. Natural methods are meant to supplement medicine, not replace it. Idiots.

I hate that a fricking whore best known for showing her titties is an expert on how to raise children. This bitch needs to be sued off the face of the earth.

The frequency of illness in breastfed babies being lower than in formula-fed babies is well documented.

It is not congruent with using breast milk as an acute treatment for influenza (rather than medication) or any other illness for that matter, other than as nutrition/sustenance and, again, prevention from future/recurrent illness.

being wary of tamiflu. Many, many kids, including my 3 year old, are allergic to it. It's much more common than you think. When you are trying to prevent the flu and your child gets sicker because of the medicine given to help, it kind of makes you cautious.

Risk of death from the flu is far higher than risk of death from tamiflu. Vomiting isn't uncommon. It's also generally mild. meta-analysis in kids

There's case reports, mostly from Japan, about Neuro/psych problems thought to be related to the medication. It isn't common by any stretch.

For what it's worth, if I had a kid who was exposed to influenza and had symptoms of influenza, I would give it tamiflu without a second thought.
If the kid vomited so severely that it couldn't keep the medication down, I may just cross my fingers. but I'd probably still try to get the kid to take the med.

I don’t understand....using Tylenol and Motrin but not Tamiflu? Why not? Tylenol/Motrin aren’t natural remedies

Look. I’m not saying this is untrue, but the government has a green light to lie to US citizens via media.

U.S. Repeals Propaganda Ban

How do we know this isn’t just propaganda? Seriously.

And we all know how easy it is to use photoshop.

People are allergic to bread and milk. How is this far fetched that people are allergic to certain medication?

The mom is a moron for not taking the kids to a hospital with that high of a fever. It also looks like she never tried to lower their core temperature.
