Once again, as I said in the Canal St shooting thread, I continue to be amazed at the proclivity of certain folks to just shoot randomly into crowds. I can easily grasp the concept that they are angry with an individual or two and wish to perforate them with bullets for some perceived slight. But how they get from there to “I am just going to spray a bunch of billet in the general direction of that dude standing amongst all those other folks” is what baffles me.

The line is ONE side of Washington Ave/Toledano. The shooting happened in the middle of the street, and spread out, so whatever you want to think. I cover Broadmoor/Central City/Freret/Milan and the address came out in Broadmoor. I posted this before I left the scene, so sorry to you frick sticks on here, I was just sharing the shooting
