And while it wasn't that bad, they should have known that was something a hospital would frown upon.

As a nurse myself, this is not a smart move at all to post your complaints on social media, especially in your workplace uniform and at the facility you work at. Smh….idiots. We are told all the time at my hospital not to post this type of stuff without the hospital’s approval. It’s a pretty clear fireable offense. You sign a contract and in it clearly states you can’t just post videos on social media about the workplace. But yea, stop the nurse tik toks. It’s embarrassing to my field where I actually do work my arse off.
