How can a person shoot NINE CHILDREN and only be charged with aggravated assault?! I think you could have gone a little farther this time, Mr. DA, but it's Columbus, GA so you don't have to pretend who butters your bread. We get it.

Hit them with the charges that can stick then build the case while they are in custody. Swinging for the fences can lead to mistrials and not guilty's.
