This is what happens when drivers are checking the OT for traffic reports. They lose focus and wreck. Wait until to get to your offices before checking to see if there is a problem ahead, people.

That’s a great analysis. You are correct. I’d say that plus the overall “I don’t give a frick about anything” attitude that is common.
When a stupid crazy driver flies by, I think “oh it’s just a dumb kid who hasn’t learned yet” then I actually see the driver and it’s a grown arse adult who SHOULD know better but obviously doesn’t.
