I walked it when the pros played there, but I never played it. What an awesome track that is.

Kingsbarns (St Andrews) is a really, really pretty golf course as well.

I've played some great golf courses... Pinehurst #2 and Sawgrass don't make my top 3.... but the percentages say the OT is filled with ballers or liars.

There's a least 5 references to people claiming they played Augusta National.

There are over 100k members on this site. Exclude alters and that's about 70k. I'd say 5 out of 70k white dudes is about right.

There are maybe 60-70 posting in this thread. That's around 8%. Way too high of a number. I know 4 people that have actually played Augusta. Two of them have won majors and one other had his PGA card.

I'm not saying they're all bullshitting, but someone is.

A more accurate percentage would be people who've seen the thread. Because those more likely to post in it are the ones who've played at the really nice places.

I'm not saying someone isn't lying. How the hell are we supposed to know? But it's not totally out of the realm of possibility that a few people have played at these places.
