A 28-year-old Florida man was arrested for the 66th time Wednesday in Sarasota after spending seven months on the lam, according to ABC News.

Kizer Pontoon is back behind bars, this time for failing to appear in court in June to answer to drug and weapon charges, as well as evading cops.

His expansive rap sheet reportedly includes charges of fraud, aggravated assault and grand theft.

Manatee County Sheriff Rick Wells told ABC said many repeat offenders get light sentences for their crimes and are back on the street again getting into more trouble.

Wells also said prison inmates need to be better taught how to reintegrate into society to cut back on recidivism. More than 85% of Florida’s prisoners will at some point be released.

How would you like your tax at work?

Keep them in jail?

OR

Helping them become a productive member of society?

Give him forty acres and a mule and he'll stay out of trouble.

I'd have left his arse in jail about 40 arrests ago.

Keeping him in jail might be a better ROI than "educating" him. If you take into consideration the time and money it costs to investigate, jail, court, and loss from victims.

At some point, it’s not longer profiling or at the wrong place at the wrong time

Frick our entire criminal justice system.

Will one or more states please hurry up and secede already! Give everyone there a year notice to GTFO, cause we won't be putting up with ANY bullshite. I could list the details, but a ban would definitely follow.

(Oh, I say WE because my bags would be packed lickety split)

Apparently, his past experiences being arrested and put in jail have not been unpleasant enough....
