28 year old Florida Man arrested for 66th time

Kizer Pontoon is back behind bars, this time for failing to appear in court in June to answer to drug and weapon charges, as well as evading cops.
His expansive rap sheet reportedly includes charges of fraud, aggravated assault and grand theft.
Manatee County Sheriff Rick Wells told ABC said many repeat offenders get light sentences for their crimes and are back on the street again getting into more trouble.
Wells also said prison inmates need to be better taught how to reintegrate into society to cut back on recidivism. More than 85% of Florida’s prisoners will at some point be released.

Keeping him in jail might be a better ROI than "educating" him. If you take into consideration the time and money it costs to investigate, jail, court, and loss from victims.
