A lot of high winds throughout SWMO today.

I drove from Springfield, MO to Bentonville, AR this afternoon and there were a ton of trees down or damaged, especially in the Pierce City, MO area.

50k without power in Springfield and are expected to be out several days.

Stay frosty out there.

We can't afford for even one of those bastards to get through.

Checking in from Stillwater. Steady rain all day, storms started kicking off about 8:30. Thunder, lightning, some small hail. Power has blinked twice…

We avg around 33” per year

David Payne
@tornadopayne

Plenty of rain today and plenty of rain for the month. Check out these totals that are widespread across the state with some areas nearing one foot of rain! More heavy rain is on the way late tonight and through the morning tomorrow.
