True. Also, Botswana is a former German colony. It's governed with a lot more efficiency than probably any country on the continent.

Interesting what the mods let stand and what the mods delete.

For example, I created a thread a month or two about how Muhammad was a pedo. That thread got deleted by the mods.

But this thread, and in particular the first response to this thread, is being allowed to stand.

If it doesn’t have a GDP bigger than Thailand or Austria, the country isn’t important, and I don’t need to be educated on it. That’s my rule.

Botswana was never a German colony. It was English. Namibia right next door was German.

For comparison to the 2 countries I referenced

quote:

The nominal GDP per capita of the Central African Republic is projected at approximately $613 for 2026, according to the International Monetary Fund

quote:

The nominal GDP per capita of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) is approximately $742 to $1,122, depending on current estimates.

The Congo is so shitty all they can do is estimate and pray

If you listen to the great white hunters of this place, yes. The elephant lives are also worth more.

"Take the shot! If you hit him, we will put him in the ditch with many others."

A PH to one of our posters who was worried he might hit an African villager that was in the way of his big game shot.
