Reports of additional bombs during terrorist attacks almost are always false reports. Only one I can think of where it was true was Brussels in 2016 but that's the only one out of the dozens of attacks.
Hell on 9/11 they were reporting on TV that car bombs blew up at the Capitol and State Department.

Same. I'm honestly surprised it hasn't changed in the age of terrorism. I know the Northern Irish police are permanently armed but I'm not sure I would volunteer to go to secure a scene like this with the possibility of it being a terrorist attacked unarmed.
