Red OEM coolant will help with the head gasket problems. Also, you can change your clutch fan fluid to a thicker weight. The stock temp gauge is garbage. I have had two 80's overheat while the gauge read 180. Both are very cheap mods (less than $25). Don't get me wrong, its a great truck.

Gracias. I'm gonna bring it over to Slee up here when oil prices go back up.
