99 on Friday and I redid it on Monday and got 99 again. I thought I would squeeze out a few more but it didn't happen.

I had a WOD the said 100 push-ups , 50 pull-ups and some burpees box jumps ect.

In crossfit terms, do I actually perform a pull-up or am I suppose to kip during the pull-up?

dealers choice. Do what you want. I would assume kipping pull-ups are allowed or you can do strict. Good luck on doing 50 strict pull ups.

for high volume of pullups you'd usually use the kip. but if you can bust them strict, go for it

Do they have to be in one set? 5 sets of 10 isn't terrible.

the workout is likely for time, so whatever sequence gets your through them fastest

Typically unless the wod clarifies it you don't have to finish to 100 push-up reps and then go to the 50 pull-ups. You can do 10 push-ups, 5 pull-ups for 10 sets likely much quicker than you can do 100 push-ups and then 50 pull-ups.

It is in fact 5:00 somewhere. Unfortunately they don't announce until 7pm CST.

Yea, and I have to do this 5 min after my regular workout for upper body......sucks. I'll probably do regular just bc I have no idea how to kip and reg will probably benefit me more
