I usually set the damper at 6.5-7 for calorie rows.

My quads hurt more than my back today. That's surprising.

Got 168 RX this morning, the rower absolutely wrecked me. You can't catch your breathe on that thing, finished with 3 hspu.

I'd recommend doing the deadlift 7-7-6-6-5-5-4-4-3-4-2-2-1 and the wall balls 15-15-10-10-5.

Got 170 today. I was most worried abt DL's. 225 is a lot for me at under 170 lbs, but it honestly wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Finished in under 4 min. I did 10 out the gate. Then 8, then broke it to singles.

Wall balls destroy my short arse. I was just happy I made it to HSPU.

Did 176 on Friday, dl did sets of 5 until 30 and did singles rest of way, wall balls were sets of entire time. My row killed ,e only had 1:30 for hspu and did 11 with 2 no reps. May redo Monday think I can get a few more hspu in

Unbroken you mean? If so that's legit.

I finished rowing with 30 sec left for HSPU and was able to knock out 5 with 1 no rep. I think I could've done a couple more if i just would've stayed upside down, but I came down cuz I was beat.

I have no intention of doing it again.

Uno HSPU, was pretty pleased. Got off rower with plenty of time, I'm just too heavy. DL were fine 11,11,11,11,6,5 I am a solid wall baller but they ate my lunch, planned on 20 to start them 10s and a 5. bullshite. Went something like 13, 9, 1, 8, 10, 4. I was all over the place and was no repped at least five times and I rarely no rep WB

My low back and hamstrings are sore as all hell

Meant sets of 5 for wall balls entire time, really frisked that post up. I know I can get a few more reps in. Wanted to try and at least hit 25 hspu, but idk if I will be willing to do it a second time @ 4:30 am tom

Tried it again today after doing it Friday night and my legs were still feeling the effects.

My hamstrings started fading 25 reps in so I stopped. No sense in beating myself up with 16.5 coming up and the CCC on Saturday.

Geez, thrusters and box jumps we're be brutal. Only thing to make that worse would be adding burpees with it.

I'm assuming that we will see thrusters, along with box jumps this week and I'm really dreading it.

I feel like it's a pretty lazy decision. Out of all the shite you could come up with, you conclude with a repeat? Weak
