I meant to ask in the original post if the OT finds the defendants guilty or not guilty.

SO they arrest the woman doing the rub and tug but the cops and the judges that know it is going on (if its a massage parlor with Asian women working in it that is open past 7 PM or so it is a rub and tug and they are everywhere) and allow it because they are on the payroll of the owner, the owner and the landlord who also knows what is going on and the johns all escape any sort of fine or punishment.
There is nothing on the planet more American than that....arrest the women, allow all of the men involved a free pass. You can rest assured that these 2 women are facing criminal charges (that will most likely be dropped) because the owner of the business did not pay as much as the cops and judges wanted for some reason...maybe forgot, maybe they were a cheap bastard or maybe the 2 women were past their prime earning potential and had to go.
Why it is illegal for an adult man and a woman to swap money for sex is beyond me. It is the second oldest profession in the world...begging is the oldest, someone had to ask for some pussy for prostitution to have come into existence....and has been looked down upon from day one but tolerated as long as the women remained complacent and the authorities were paid off sufficiently. When it goes south about 95% of the time the women are the only ones who suffer any consequence at all....

The women do not pay off the authorities....The owner of the business, usually a man but not always, pays off the authorities. But yes, the cops and the judges in Boaz got a light envelope and made good on their threat.
