May be true that she's an amazing human, and she may be a great singer (haven't watched the video). But AGT has become insufferable with this shite. It's now america's most heart warming story. They can only fit in one audition between each commercial break cause you have to listen to 5 minutes of either the guy who's adopted 19 special needs kids and works 3 jobs to make ends meet for them because he just cares so much...he also is pretty ok at guitar...GOLDEN BUZZER!!! Or the group of guys from rural India, we are so poor and live in a town with no water, no hope, people die around us...but we just want to dance. One mediocre dance later...GOLDEN BUZZER!!!

Agreed. I love seeing some of the acts, but it wasn't worth all the fluff. I can see highlights on Youtube if someone's really worthy.

I just hate how they've prioritized a SOB story over talent. There are still some insanely talented people on there, but a majority make it through really deep simply for having a sad story.

That was the first audition, and they put her through to the next round. But she's a bigtime talent. Has a great shot at a career, IMO.

They didn’t quit tell exactly how the husband was paralyzed. He was known to do standing backflips to sort of show off...he was just joking around and didn’t complete the backflip and ended up paralyzed. Just a terrible accident
