How is he in custody???? I’m sorry but in today’s day and age that POS should have been shot down.... I have zero clue what color he is and it should not matter......

It's shitty regardless of his tenure, but this is extra shitty. Straight up movie trope shite. How come you never hear about the morally-questionable loose cannon officer with no kids getting shot? It's always some rookie with three kids and wife or a guy about to retire.

POS shooter who was a felon was arrested two days ago for threatening his ex with a gun, claimed his gun was locked in safe, had bullets in pocket when taken in. POS Houston DA doesn't press charges and he is cut lose and even given his bullets back, those bullets are probably in the bodies of the wounded and deceased officers. It's just unreal the crap that happens in big cities in this country.
