Agree with you mostly, MLB is as dull as it gets. And I was a huge fan through mid-college. But what a waste of an afternoon or evening.
Disagree with you on the Yankees. Might as well be a bama or Arlington Cowboys fan.
And as for soccer.. to each his own, but the fools worldwide who get into all the "beautiful game" of 0-0 and 1-0, and lots and lots of passing... y'all can have it.

that's kinda what i realized... i was essentially a "bandwagon" fan, and not even a really good one, as i really didn't keep track or pay attention that much...

yeah, goals aren't necessarily plentiful, but when you have a team capable of playing truly great soccer, and they can score in bunches, that's fun to watch... my English Premier League team, Liverpool, is like that... the have arguably the best striker in the game, right now, with 2 wingers that can be deadly too... they've improved their defensive back 4, and they have one of the best coaches in the game today... things are looking up for them, for sure...
