There’s no where else for them to go in that area. Gardere is the only low income area in a pretty large radius. They’d have to move to Tigerland, Siegen, or somewhere further
We should definitely prevent any low income housing or apartments from being built in St George though. Let that stay in Baton Rouge

It's in that strip mall at Gsri and Burbank. I'm usually the only one in there that speaks English but their carne asada tacos and salsa are really good.
There's a lot of Hispanics in the Gardere area now.

No, they don't. The OT assumes poor people, black people, etc will just magically disappear if you tear down their neighborhoods.
