2 Injured in Shooting off Burbank

A spokesperson for the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office said an adult and juvenile victim were transported after being shot while driving. A second vehicle was struck by gunfire but left the scene. No one was injured in that vehicle.

Photos provided to WAFB show one car crashed into shrubbery on the side of Burbank Drive near University Villas subdivision. The location of the second vehicle was not provided. LINK

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - First responders transported two people with potentially serious injuries from the scene of a shooting in the Burbank area Friday, Nov. 1.

Emergency officials did not provide a specific address, but did say crews responded to the area near University Villas subdivision. Other details were not immediately available.


Waiting on a statement from the EBR Sheriff's Public Information Officer if people are getting shot outchea.

Yeah that's mostly middle class neighborhoods and a few bars right there. I've never been to Creole Cabana but used to go to Lakeside quite often a long time ago.
