I’m saying that he might not have planned to kill the guy. It wasn’t a planned hit. The new new guy in here backs that assumption up

My friend just said he borrowed a truck from someone in Tupelo and he was NOT in that truck when this went down.
That's interesting. Maybe changed vehicles or planned to after?

I doubt they have to ping cell towers these days. Our phones log everywhere we go.

If thts truly the case, it sounds like he was trying to create an alibi for himself and have someone back him up that he was using said friends vehicle.

It was a custody issue the guys name is Beaux Bailey he was a residential builder.

Again, he drove 5+ hours, showed up at the victim’s house uninvited and unwelcomed at 7 am on a Sunday with a loaded gun and then proceeded to kill the homeowner.
This was not accidental. How is that not obvious to you?
