I can't really think of a country type bar in BR itself - don't know about AP/LP. But there is a foolproof method to turn nearly any bar INTO a country bar.
Rent a van and drive up Plank Rd. Stop and grab 10 of the first friends you meet on that drive up Plank Rd. Now, pick the place you want to go. For someone around 30 I would recommend someplace like the Bulldog (results may be quicker as the crowd controls the juke box). Bring your 10 newfound friends with you as you walk into the door and PRESTO - within 10 minutes the bar will be playing nothing but country music.
