UPDATE:

about 18 months ago i accidentally left my truck unlocked parked next to my office. someone stole my glock 23 out of my console, along with some other stuff. people who live in the apartments behind me routinely cut thru my lot on foot, so it was pretty obvious it was a "local resident" who lifted it. i reported it stolen to EBRSO

today i get a call from EBRSO that my gun was recovered yesterday during an arrest. i asked what the procedure was to get it back, they said it would be held as evidence in a murder case so it would be a while...

so its possible (i haven't looked at any EBR arrest reports or anything) that my gun was the one used in the shooting

it was a brain-freeze...i ran into the office thinking i would just be a second and wound up on the phone for 10 minutes. came back out and it was gone

broad daylight right next to my office door

So an illegal alien used an illegal stolen gun to shoot a kid that was visiting his kid on his 16th birthday. This should have never happened.
