Where are the parents? Why is a young girl dropping out of school before high school? Where is social services?

15-year-old girl was gunned down while driving
Did the legal driving age change? I understand that she shouldn't be shot just for driving underage, but if she had been following the law she wouldn't have been driving, therefore wouldn't have been where she was when she was shot.

Family said there was at least one other person in the car at the time who may have fled on foot. At this point, police have only confirmed that someone was shot and killed at the intersection. They are expected to release more details Thursday morning.
Learner's Permit?
Was the other person old enough?
Family trying to take the heat off themselves by saying they didn't knowingly allow an underage kid to take a car out for a drive?

While I agree the posts so far in this thread don't appear to have compassion for this young girls life,
It's hard to have compassion for the element of society that would shoot into a neighborhood without blinking and not thinking about innocent children that may be hit by a missed target. Yea, it sucks that she was killed at such a young age, but I'm sure she lived that lifestyle.

Are you seriously blaming a 15 year old for being shot because she didn't have a license or learners permit?

jesus, the posts in this thread
Right? Because she's black, a dropout and dresses oddly, losing her life is an opportunity for this board to make jokes. This girl clearly didn't have many, if any, good role models in her life, and she obviously went down the wrong path considering she's a dropout. The lack of empathy on this board for people, especially children, that come from different backgrounds and are raised under different circumstances doesn't surprise me, but it's still pretty pitiful to see.

East Baton Rouge Parish school officials said she would have been in high school now, but she was not currently enrolled in their system.
And their is one of the major problems with black culture in a nutshell folks.

I wonder how the Mayor and Chambers will blame the whites on this one?
The same excuse the rest of the politicians/activists use. "Whites have forced people of color to modern, urban "reservations", where there are no opportunities other than minimum wage jobs or the drug game.".

I understand that she shouldn't be shot just for driving underage

A black president who was in office for 8 years did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to change this thug culture.

its pitiful that kids drop out before high school and its likely the mother is on government assistance to begin with...and she was setting up her daughter for the same success. If anything is pitiful its that the parents didn't give a shite.

No shite. A 15-year-old fricking girl was murdered. Who gives a shite what her name was or how baggy her pants were. frick.

so why even make the original post if you "literally" understand she shouldn't be shot the the following reasons? If you want to say it then say it

It was never part of his agenda. If anything his agenda was to make it worse.
The man had the opportunity to do something truly great, but was more concerned with destroying America.
