I've been in a few. They're quite nice. The location is still dodgy. All kinds of human detritus hanging out near both entrances.

frick that intersection! The RTA bus interchange is at that corner meaning thugs from all around the city hang around there. Seems like there's a shooting every couple of months around there.

Truth. I guess they probably manage to hook some rich northeasterners at Tulane for med school, but I'd be scared to leave to go get food or anything at night and that's a deal breaker in an area you need to walk to do that.

It's iwned and managed by Wampold. Never been but Wampold does things right. They own the crescent across from Lsu lakes. It's probably higher end as far as price but the quality will be there as well. Not sure about the area but if the condos could stand alone if bet they're worth a serious consideration.
