I know we are pretty hardened to crime here in the Capitol City but a 13 year old? What the hell?

I saw that the other day. At 13, I was concerned if I was going to be the starting pitcher on the middle school baseball team or fapping to scrambled Spice channel and Victoria Secret catalogs I'd lifted out of the trash.
