Looks like police department was told to pick up the revenue. That is a lot of people who failed to use a blinker or was hit with "improper lane usage". That one is hard to defend against.

I got written up for reckless operation for all of mine. I was parked in a parking lot for one and still got reckless operation 
I've got some bad luck though. I got another one when a cop wrecked into me across the street from my house. Guess who got the reckless operation ticket
