Was leaving downtown Houston at 5:45 am yesterday and traffic was bumper to bumper stopped. Add it to the Nuke list.

By the way, I am looking at the MRB right now. WB is slow. EB is humming. That tells me this is Mardi Gras folks headed back to Texas.
