12 Arrested after raids at Wine & Paint Bar and Vegas Vape

Vegas Vape on Coursey has long been sketchy but the wine and paint shop next door being used as an after hours stripclub surprised me

Law enforcement officials reported receiving numerous complaints that Unwine Paint Bar was acting as a bar and strip club.
Detectives claim they observed people loitering in the parking lot using alcohol and drugs, and large amounts of cash in large bills being exchanged for $1.
Undercover agents claimed they were told they can smoke marijuana at Unwine Paint Bar and that dancers would get naked in the VIP area for an additional fee.

It was also the location of a triple shooting a year ago. Some genius opened fire into a group hanging out in the exact same parking lot. Safe to say the guys running the business aren't the sharpest tools in the shed

ETA: maybe this wasn’t as innocent as just commerce not sanctioned by government, if they had people acting like trash in public and shooting stuff in the parking lot.
