You know, I was just thinking last week about how we need to do another one of these.
I'm in.

I'm in.

I'm in.
I'm pretty sure I won't be able to do it, but if I do 100/day I'd be pleased.

I might have to do it again. I have twins coming and need my arm strength up!

I'm in. Last year got only 4500ish. I'm determined this year.

Doing 300+ push-ups a day for 30 days sounds idiotic.
Not to mention inefficient. There's no time for recovery.

If you did one pushup about every 4 minutes (24 hours straight for 30 days), you'd reach your goal per day and don't have to worry about doing 50-100 at a time. Pace yourself guys and this is totally doable with no real muscular effort
For me, it comes down to being able to get away from work and find an empty meeting room during the day. Some days I had to get them all in in the evening at home which I burned out on pretty quick.

I don't remember how many I got through last year, but I remember doing pushups on the balcony in Destin on the first day then said frick it and never started back up the rest of the vacation or month.
I'll give it another shot, but I'm going out of town again so I will need to be a week ahead of pace. Unlikely.

I did it last year and completed it. It definitely took me the entire month (some overachievers finished with over a week left

I was surprised at how much easier it got, and there was a noticeable difference in my chest size at the end of the month. I'm not saying you're going to need a bra (or bro, as the case may be) by any means, but there was a noticeable improvement.

I have the chart made and it works (surprisingly, never really used excel before). Does anyone know where I can make it available to you guys?

I'd be in , but I did the 100 push up challenge, which is to build up to be able to do 100 in one set. but my shoulders got too big for the rest of my arms.
