I guess if your body fat is already pretty low. How much do you normally run?
Posted on 6/4/15 at 9:51 pm to mouton
Lately, never. Before this began maybe twice a month on average.

You are going to go from not running at all to like five miles a day every day?!?

Hopefully just 3.33 on average. I'll work in off days and days where I walk too. Gonna push it up as much as possible though.

That's gonna be rough. I suck at running but do 3-5 miles 3 or four miles a week and it still kills me. I like to think I'm in pretty good shape.
You ever do the 100 pushup or 30 pull up challenge program where u build up to 100/30 consecutive? I think I'm going to start those next week.

I'm in this thing. Starting a little late but I'm down for a challenge

I'll start that. I'm not in any sort of shape to go for it but I'm down to try. I probably can't get to 30 pull-ups. Maybe 30 chin ups, but that's still a long shot. Would take me a few months I think. Long arms, minimal muscle.

Have you looked at the program venom?

One week down, how is everyone doing?

still in this challenge, but struggling a little bit: 3025 to date

Only at 1780 at this point, hoping my endurance will improve in second half of month to do more.

I told y'all I would do a thousand, but I am averaging 50 a day. The third day I was sore as hell but since then I have been fine.
Posted on 6/10/15 at 7:48 am to geauxtigers6492
I'm at 2047. The hardest for me is time during the day.

Anyone on the verge of 10K? I just exceeded 3K for the month.

Just bet my kid he couldn't do in in two weeks...lol

I may hit the push-ups but will likely come short about 500.
I think I'm stopping at 90 miles. My knee and shins are fricked.

Did 1k yesterday and finished the 10k push-ups. Just gotta get 120 more pull-ups and I'll have 1k of those this month as well.
