A girl I was friends with growing up had a huge "cable swing" at her house.. which was this massive zip line. We would climb up a tall stand to get on it, then sit on the wood plank, and that sucker went really far and fast. I don't recall a seatbelt being involved, but I could be wrong 
It also might not has been as huge as I remember.
