For a business degree, I would recommend Alabama and also recommend their Greek system. At the end of the day, your business degree isn't worth shite. It's who you know. Bama has a larger alumni base and is the state school. Their co-op and intern programs are better than Auburn's and it's closer to Bham making those internships easier.

Now, if you were planning on going to Atlanta, then Auburn would be my choice.

I thought business degrees were the best in the late 90's.

What happened?

particular majors. Internal Auditing(Accounting) and MIS(Computer Science Light with emphasis on Business needs for technology, not designing computer chips and shite) are business degrees.

Hardly the same as a Marketing or Business Admin undergrad

Excellent advice. Choosing based on where you might want to live is a good thought.

For your business degree to have value, you need to complete 3 "resume-worthy" activities BEFORE your Senior year (summer after Sophomore yr, during your Junior year and summer after your Jr. yr i.e. internship).

Job applications go out during your FALL semester of your Sr. year. Waiting till then is too late.

When interviewed for a job, these extra-activities are what will be discussed, not what classes you took.
