Exactly. Productivity at work actually decreases because I end up having a coworker at the door of my office distracting me (and I've been that coworker too when I've been bored at work).

Productivity would also increase if we cut out the BS meetings that just drain time and very little actually gets accomplished.

And I believe that if you can't. get your job objectives done without being supervised at work, then you weren't mature enough to be hired in the first place.
