The number of people who are offended gets overblown due to social media and a regular media.
Most of them don't have jobs so they have nothing to do but spend all day on social media making their voice appear to be louder than it really is while the rest of us are busy going about our daily lives.

The only thing that I'm offended about is how national media and out of state people that do not have a vested interest in the affairs of a specific state think they have a right to basically intimidate the people and elected representatives of that state into a culture change when no one's civil rights, were being violated, no evidence of systematic discrimination, no widespread theft, property damage, physical harm or defamation. That's exactly what happened to South Carolina.
It's pathetic and shameful. The flag may have been taken down but I consider it a tainted social movement by the indigenous people of South Carolina as it was heavily influenced and driven by out of state entities.

Who else sees the hypocrisy here? How is it ok for you to be offended by the offended? The far right, who is impervious to racist symbols, gender equality or income disparity (but gays seem to be your kryptonite oddly enough), is highly and vocally OFFENDED that other people are OFFENDED by things.
