oly shite that looks photoshopped as frick with how bad of a bend that is. Can't believe it's real. I avoided looking at it live/on replays as I was eating.
. Years ago a friend of mine’s Dad came upon a wreck about the time that the police and paramedics did. He started helping get to the guy who pinned behind the wheel. He said they got to him leg had folded straight back and his foot was on his chest. Just thought of that makes me sick.

I know a dislocated kneecap usually involves multiple torn ligaments

My knee bent that way one time. I ended up with completely ruptured Anterior Cruciate Ligament, Posterior Cruciate Ligament, and Lateral Collateral Ligament, along with a shredded meniscus. Fun times.

was about to say, the LCL and PCL, along with the meniscus for sure... the ACL, may or may not be torn... the MCL may be torn as well...

this one is right up there with Willis McGehee and Marcus Lattimore for worst knee injuries i've ever seen....

The refs botched that call.

They botched many. Remember the phantom face mask call that gave them a 1st down instead of 4th and short? Or the call Ramcyzk on fuller which more often than not doesn't get called?

Horrible officiating all game for both ends

It wasn't a catch, the ball clearly bobbled.

Absolutely horrible news.

Holy frick man that's terrible to hear.

And yet all people want to do is argue catch or no catch. Who gives a frick. This poor guy may never play or even walk with his own two legs again.

the umc doctors might have to amputate it today.

Goodell preparing to sanction the Saints for this. Season Over. Everyone suspended.

Injury looked worse than Willis McGehee injury at Miami.

Hope this man can walk again.
