We have a decent to good OL, we have Olave and Shaheed (and possibly Thomas, although I think it's time to move on). Not to mention Kamara, if you can get something more out of him.

On defense, we have a good line, good LBs, and a few good pieces in the secondary.

A competent QB will make us a playoff team. You get into the playoffs a couple years, you can make a run once or twice; it's more about getting hot and taking advantage of matchups. A guy like Kamara could go off in a game, and we beat the #1 seed.
