That's true, but then again when you have a station without jockeys willing to push any limits you get stuck with something like WWL.
It was distasteful but that's comedy. They are profusely apologizing and I imagine making a donation to team Gleason. So all is well. I don't want the wal mart mob ruining radio any more than they already have.

Nice. Yea, needless to say im hot. Offshore right now, so I havent talked to my sis or my mom. Shes gonna be hot when she gets around to seeing this.
I spent the last couple days before offshore teaching someone who just became paralized how to use a computer with the Eye Gaze tech Gleason uses. Its such an amazing piece of tech so they can communicate. Dude hasnt been able to talk for a month. Now at least he can kinda communicate what he needs.

Mocking someone or treating them like anyone else is, well, treating them like anyone else. But to mock them precisely because they have a debilitating fatal disease is beyond tasteless. But with attitudes like yours, I can see why these asshats thought this was funny.

edt; If Gleason did not have ALS, they wouldn't even know who he was or have done this. This did this precisely because he has ALS. It doesn't get any lower than that.
