I'd love to see Roaf go 1st year. Who else is up next year?

Roaf would only be behind Faulk and Sanders out of the players mentioned in this thread. I think he'd go in ahead of Carter and Brown, because Roaf will and should be a 1st ballot HOFer. One of the best LT's ever.

Roaf isn't going to be a first ballot HoFer. He'll get in some time in the next 4 or 5 years, I'd guess.

Agree to disagree. Dude is one of the best LT's ever, and he played when the LT was beginning to be seen as one of the more important positions. I think he's in first ballot.

He played in the Siberias of NO and KC, and he never played for a SB champ.

He will get in, but probably not 1st ballot

This. Media (people who actually vote on this) are already forecasting future classes and I've yet to see his name mentioned by anyone, anywhere.

If he'd played in NY with the exact same career, he'd be first ballot. But he didn't.

What's it matter? Roaf will enter the hall as a Chief anyway whenever he gets in....

Good find. Notice he doesn't have him getting inducted. If Roaf makes the finalist list, I'd be pretty pumped as it's a good sign he will get chosen in the next 2-3 years.

Peter King made his predictions for next year and Roaf isn't even on the chart.
