And considering the contracts of the parties involved, that makes no sense

I mean I don't have cold hard facts, I was just sharing what I heard from a conversation.
He brought up that GW has already been offered HC gigs at other places but has stayed. Besides the great defense he is building here, why can't him wanting the HC job be another reason to stay?
Just because he didn't do well before doesn't mean it could be the same here.
And yeah, he might be older but that doesn't mean anything.

I'm just saying I think he really likes it here and is turning down other HC offers to do so.

I don't believe GW was offered any actual Head coach positions. I believe if he was offered the chance to interview for a few and turned those down, but that is all.

Besides, this isn't college where a guy might be willing to wait out Mack Brown to get Texas instead of having to go to Bowling Green first.

Parity makes any NFL job just about as attractive as any other.

Sure market factors like rather live in Miami than Buffalo, or temporary things like having an pro-bowl QB already on the team, might have an effect, but for the most part there is no real difference btw NO and Denver.

Neither do I. Did'nt he fail miserably in Buffalo as HC?

Buffalo hasn't exactly been in a position to seriously compete since Bill Polian left.

Ralph has been unwilling to put in the resources necessary to field a winner, both on the field and through stocking the front office from people who know their head from their arse.
