Not saying I agree with forging a vaccine card, but how would he get caught and is forging the card even illegal? It's basically a notecard with the CDC logo in the top right corner.

Have you actually forged a vaccination card? Because if so that’s objectively a shitty thing to do as a member of decent society. If you want to sanctimoniously dismiss prevailing medical recommendations that’s fine, but live with consequences of that decision. Don’t be obtuse and free load off herd immunity at the same time.
Setting aside clear medical reasons, so that you don’t have to resort to being an actual fraud?
As for the actual OP question. Yes and I hope the nfl requires proof of vaccination.
