Coaching is a big part of it.

O line not being great.

U tell us. We def have talent but seem to be football dumb. Coaches middle of the road in NFL

This team is soft and players have no confidence in the coaching staff. No leaders like Vilma, Brees and Shockey. Cam and Davis are the only leaders and they are getting old.

All you need to do is look at the head coach’s career record and you’ll have the answer to your question. He is a career loser.

It was a lazy hire by an average front office. They thought he could handle the defense and just hire a guy that was in Payton’s meeting rooms to be the offensive coordinator.

The problem is, Allen is only a slightly above average defensive coordinator and Carmichael was at least smart enough to turn the job down originally, but the front office was stupid enough to persuade him.

I think the players have no confidence in the offense. The entire scheme. I don’t think they know what they really want to do. That attitude spreads throughout the team.
