Thats how it goes sometimes though.

I'll take 3 out of 5 championships all day, especially when they have an insanely stacked team this year, and there's no way the injury bug can hit us as hard.

Doesnt matter what he makes per year, a long term contract would have more guaranteed money. So if you never play again, you still get paid. It would be more than 9.5. Now welker cant ask for near what brees is asking.
