A CPA/Attorney/ Etc can be a registred agent of the company, but they should not be listed as a member or manager unless that is part of their duties.
Not all members/managers/owners need to be listed with the sos. A company can take on partners and they need not be listed. More than likely all the locations are registred seperatley and are treated as seperate entities. Therefore, Zach could have been taken on as a partner and could have part ownership of all locations or just one or possibly future locations. Im almost posative he has no onwership of the Tchoup location and the GMs statement of him being an owner is not specific as to locations.
If I actually gave a shite I would call and ask, but its really not my business and I really could care less about proving anyone wrong. Im not but hurt if Im wrong.

Looks like the LLC was formed in 2010 so it is possible that Strief is a member owning an unknown percentage. I wonder if the LLC Has a contract with Bruce to use the trademark or if he transferred the trademark to the LLC.
