Ehhh. Idk about the NFL staking anything stadium wise for that team. Stan Kroenke is a billionaire on his own and he married one of old man Walton's daughters. Hasn't taken a penny of public money for that project.

THAT BEING SAID

The crooked fricking back judge that came in running in and yelling not to throw a flag sure as shite was on the take. Go back and look at that replay. I've never seen a ref be more adamant about not throwing a flag. Usually they confer. Not that guy. He was sure it was a no call.

Also, look at those two jabronis in Black pull overs that came running onto the field in the Texans game. Straight out of a Buffalo wild wings commercial.

It doesn’t even have to be a huge disparity in the number or yardage, it’s all about WHEN they are called. What was the stat about first downs resulting from penalties? During one stretch during our season (after Brees returned) it was like 22 for our opponents to 2 for us. That’s Bama in the SEC level cheating going on.

Kind of funny the spread was Texans -2.5 and they covered after the refs called a phantom penalty to prevent a Bills fg, gave Houston a phantom first down and then allowed a play to unfold 2 seconds after the play clock expired. Just a series of coincidences though.

Exactly

And then when it’s looked at as a whole at the end of the year it’s just
Saints had x amount of penalties for and against
Patriots had x amount for or against

Hidden in that data is how crucial the penalty was (I e 3rd and long, qb throws incomplete, flag comes in for illegal hands to the face automatic 1 down)
Compared to other teams, false start 5 yard back.

shite that’s like saying bob and mike both had 4 surgeries

Upon further examination,
Bob had wisdom teeth taken out, a hemorrhoid cut off, and two skin tags burned off.

Mike had one lung removed, a liver transplant, and double leg amputation after motorcycle accident. Then had to go on dialysis after having both kidneys removed

The saints are Mike

Can’t be any worse than the phantom “blindside” block that cost the Bills the game. They’ll rig it for whoever they want. This shite isn't even worth watching.

I’ll play.
1) The League is rigging games for its own benefit, in order to maximize revenue & ratings.
2) Apparently, no one gives a shite that it is rigged. The league has already argued in court that they are “entertainment,” not a sporting contest. And there was zero backlash (except in New Orleans during the SB) to the blatant fix last year. The fans all came back this year and ratings were up (which is all the league cares about). So they’ll do their best to ensure every game goes down to the wire (like both games yesterday) to sell those 4th-quarter commercials and get whatever matchup their marketers tell them will bring the most eyeballs. How many people live in Houston vs. Buffalo? LA vs. New Orleans? There’s your answer.

Vikings get screwed tomorrow- rigged in our favor.

Our turn comes next week at GB.

49’s (or whoever) get screwed the next.

Roger wants a “old” versus “next gen” QB game.

Could be any game but as fans just remember this:
The more stuff we throw on the field, the longer the game is stopped, allowing for more time for the alternative refs to make things right....

Lol

But seriously throw stuff on the field if we get screwed again

That was a ridiculously erroneous call.

The NFL's officiating certainly raises questions WRT the integrity of the league.

If we get to play San Fran, that’s when they will go in dry on us. The league wants to make Jimmy G a thing

We're on fire. We will out play every team, and the ref crews officiating each game. We will average 37 ppg on this run. Enjoy.

It would be logistically and wholly impossible to rig an NFL game. So many people would have to be in on it, and you would have to assume that no one would squeal or make a mistake and revealed it in someway. This narrative that somehow the NFL is rigged is the biggest stupid conspiracy theory idiotic narrative on this board.

You could make the case that the officiating sucks, and it does. But it doesn’t suck Because there’s a conspiracy across the NFL to Keep the Saints out of playoffs. It Just plain fricking sucks. And you could say that there may be one or two or more officials they have it in for the Saints that could be possible, and they just make bad calls that don’t go away. That might be credible.
