I don't really see anyone picking him up as FA. He's pretty much done.

Someone would for sure pick him up.

I kinda want to see Chicago Bears pick him up so he can get Allen fired for the 3rd time. Complete the hat trick!!!

Yea, Carr would be a backup. But still, entertaining none the less

The raiders did it strictly because they were moving on and would've owed him money if he got any kind of injury at the facility.

That's part of it, but per NFLPA rules a team is not allowed to send him home. He still could have held a clipboard on the sideline. He was pouting after getting benched for dogshite play. Took his ball and went home like the entitled b!tch he is.

it does us really no good to june 1st cut him vs cutting his arse straight up when season ends. frick letting him play ball somewhere else without us getting any compensation. sit his arse on the bench a year and let him waste a golden year.

This right here. Make him negotiate

Talk about a f'ed contract and shitty situation Loomis put the team in with constantly kicking multiple cans down the road. Would not be surprised if this contract/situation causes the team to extend players like Cam and/or Demario because they will need to kick those voided years down the road a little longer; combined $33M in dead money for 2026.

It's why the smart people were saying take the pain now, during seasons when you weren't going to win anyway. Now, we are looking at 3 seasons before we get off the Carr contract. And, the Saints will likely get ZERO out of Carr for those seasons.

Could you imagine what the cap situation would look like if they made the Davante Adams trade?
