Ben was cut by the Patriots. Would not be surprised to see him back in New Orleans at some point.

He left then came back and then left again and is now 39 years old. Time for him to retire.

Would love to have him back in some capacity with the team but as a player he may be out of gas.

I would not be surprised if the saints signed him. He’s a great blocking tight end and knows the system. He’s very reliable and a great locker room guy.

This would be the reason we sign him if we do and would probably mean either Cook or Hill went down. He is a 1 season rental as a player for anyone at this point due to his age. He would be a good addition to any staff, I would think. I would love for him to be a part of the Saints organization but as a coach and mentor as much as a player.

Depending on Pats TE that got injured last night he may be back in New England anyday now unless Gronk bombs out on the Fox telecast like Witten did on MNF

More likely if there is an injury unless tehy believe his skill set is more valuable to what they are doing than Arnold.
While his locker room presence is a bonus they won't use a roster spot just for that reason, but if there is a position need he would be at the top of the list.

If he came back, it would have to be in a somewhat limited role. I love the guy, but it may not make sense, financially.
