Just curious if anyone had an idea into this new system. Looking to move two of the seats into a better area.

Glad the Saints have finally gone to a more open/honest/tranparent system of upgrades/new tickets.Maybe they'll even go so far as to tell people just exactly where they stand...and somehow include those simply on the wait list as well !

620 is locked up, I've been trying to get two more in the top three rows every year since 2006.

I think additional/new tickets in the terrace will be a tough get unless you're a season ticket holder since 2000 or before.

It might be a transparent system, but what is to stop brokers that have tickets now from buying any that they can? Depending where they are at in line, they will be able to see all that are available and buy what they want. This can hurt the regular fan.

Many brokers lost their tickets this offseason.

I would think the Saints ticket office would want to limit the overall # of tickets one can hold, as LSU does. Also should limit the # of new tickets @ 2-3 per year max.
Lets hope they put some real thought into their new "allocation system"

Where do you get this info from? If that is the case, then there are a lot available.

I just don't see them capping how many you can have. Some people have big families and need more. I am in this boat.

They are really trying to handle the tickets better this season. I believe the new cap is 12 season tickets per person. Most brokers have lost their tickets and others have been asked to transfer tickets to family/friends.

The issue with upgrades is that nothing will ever become available in the terrace. If they do, they are used strictly for in house purposes. The best way about moving your seats would be to flood Mike Stanfields phone/email.

So, if you have 8 tickets already you feel you should get more before someone who's been on the "wait-list" for years and years, gets 2 ?
I agree with Lsu's system of 20 max and no more than 8 in EZ's and sidelines...also max. on the # of club seats and new seats per year.

Season ticket holders have priority before the wait-list. All requests are taken care of between the payment deadlines. If there happens to be tickets available in June, then they would look at the wait-list.

Would be nice if they had published complete/coherent guidelines when they announced the new system.
I agree with you about the limited Terrace options, if any at all. I think most avail. seats will be the plaza/bunker/sideline seats...

That isn't true. I haven't been asked to do any of that. I always put in to get more in my section and have been able to add some the past 2 years. I haven't tried other sections. With this system, I can see what is available at my time buy what I want. I know some people are trying to make money with this. They are making deals with family, friends, and others to be paid if they get them tickets. All they have to do is see what is available and call them to see if they want them. This system isn't really better than the last. Shoot, you have businesses with over 12 tickets and I'm not talking about suites. They haven't told those companies anything either. The Saints don't want to get sued for limiting fans but not companies.

IF, they limit new tickets at 2-3 and "cap" the total at 12 I'd be OK with it. As far as "commercial/business" accounts. I don't think it would be fair to cut back on their tickets, but certainly have some kind of total cap.

You're always selling on the Ticket Board. So you want more tickets to scalp?

Tickfaw is a known broker, too.
