On replay commentators say what punter did wrong didn’t seem to be where he punted it but rather he was chasing the play rather than trailing on the return. Didn’t give himself a chance to pin return man on the sideline was the reason for arse chewing maybe

yeah this is what Moose Johnston just pointed out
instead of playing deep safety... Hayball came up to get in on a tackle and when the returner popped out there was no one left
so Rizzi was getting on Hayball for being too far up the field instead of playing that last line of defense to the goal line
