Someone proposed a very reasonable trade:
Teddy Bridgewater + 5th round pick + 6th round pick from Jets
for
Jag's 2nd round pick
Turn it around:
Jags + Saints 2nd round picks + 4th round Pick
for
Peterson + Arizona 4th round Pick
Essentially, you'd give up a 2nd + 3rd + 5th for Peterson and to move up in the 4th.
Its highly unlikely to happen, multi-step trades in the NFL is pretty non-existent.

Would you trade Sheldon Rankins for Patrick Peterson?
We would be trading one strength for a weakness and one weakness for a strength.

My only remaining testicle
EDIT: didn't see that someone already put their balls on the table. So I guess that's three testicles..and a 2nd round pick

I hate Bama with all my heart and soul, yet still know we need Ingram. Saints fans who love their Tigers be dumb sometimes...
I'd give a future 1st. I'd give the draft this year. Let's win this year.

You gotta assume anything past the 2019 draft becomes hard to give up.
We have depth and talent, but after missing in the 2nd half of this draft we can't afford to lose out on 2020 as well.
Mike thomas. Andrus Peat. Alvin Kamara. Vonn bell. Marcus Williams. All on rookie deals with 2 years or less left after this year.

Didn't Jax just give Bortles a lot of money? Why would they do this? Plus it's just way too many moving pieces. I've never seen that type of trade in the NFL that I can remember.

Bortles new contract went from 1yr 19mil to 3yr 54mil.
Looking at it in full detail.
15m signing bonus. 6.5m full guarantees next year. Cutting him is essentially making it 1/26.5mil spread over 2 years.

Why would they want Ingram when they already have David Johnson?

Channeling my inner Mike Ditka: All of our 2019 picks. Got to love Madden.

I doubt they would want Anzalone. Cards run a 3-4...Anzalone is a 4-3 OLB imo. I guess they could, but he doesn't really fit their scheme.
I'd rather not get rid of Crawley. He's legit depth (at the very least) at an important position. He could also turn it around any second & help us out like last year. We can't even trade PJ Williams now, b/c we need him in the slot.
Onyemata only plays like half the snaps. I don't think he's proven enough yet to be viewed as a guy that will be expensive to re-sign.
If anyone on your list...I'd include Hendrickson in the trade. We could afford his absence.
Also, I agree that they wouldn't want Ginn at all. They're in rebuild mode. They want picks & young talent.
The only pick that I wouldn't consider giving up is the 2020 1st rounder. We have plenty of other picks in 2019 & 2020 to acquire him. I'd rather just stick with draft picks & not trade away our young depth. Hendrickson is probably the only guy that makes sense (to trade) for both teams. I assume he could play DE in a 3-4 & we have Loewen to replace him.
