I don't have a hatred for Jameis. I think way more of Taysom than most here but that doesn't mean i don't like Jameis.
I think Wilson is better than Jameis... but how much better and at what cost. Tough questions to answer.

They need to gain some draft picks and stop trading them away. Add WR depth, a solid TE, shed the Andrus Peat contract and add any QB beside Taysom.

3. sign or draft a another tackle if t armstead leaves
4. draft or sign a starting te

Team needs an established QB. Jameis could be that...
but right now we don't even know if he's coming back. Once you get the QB, you have to add a couple WRs (maybe just one if Thomas returns).
Another thread asked if Odell Beckham could be an option to come here. He's currently on a Super Bowl team, I don't think he leaves for a 6-11 team. He's already been there, done that, and I think he now wants to win. Most players do.
I hate to think this, but we've got a small window to avoid cratering.
